Refund Policy

Customers might be unsatisfied with their order for a number of reasons—it arrived damaged, they ordered the wrong size, or it simply didn’t meet their expectations.  Please email thepaintedphotographer@gmail.com to state the reason for the return.  

Any orders with mistakes that happened on the buyers side (i.e. ordered wrong size) I will work with you to resolve issues as they happen.

***If you live in an area with below freezing temperatures, make sure you are tracking your packages and bringing them inside promptly. We will not replace paint or liquid items for freezing.
